Ember is a very tall growthy doe. She has a smoothly blended front end along with a very good head, rear legs and rump. She has plenty of width in the escutcheon.
We are saddened at the loss of her dam Elantra. This is one breeding that would of been worth repeating. She reminds me very much of her dam as a kid.
We bred Ember to our Boer buck since my only other choices were her sire or full brother.
We are very pleased with how she freshened. She has a beautifully attached mammary, although would like to see more fore udder. We hope that will improve with a second freshening.
She will be bred to our new Brookwood sire this fall.
