Abigal is the reason we started with the
LaManchas. She is a very sweet
doe that has great width and depth and is very level. She seems to pass this on
to her daughters, granddaughters & great granddaughter.
Abby was shown in the 97 Nationals where she placed 8th. She also won the Butterfat Award and placed 2nd for Butterfat for Breed Leader in her 1996 lactation. She was also 2nd for her 1998 Lactation.
Abby's dam GCH 1*M Capri-Fleet Jet's Anastasia has been Breed Leader 3 times. Abby also has two sisters on her dam's side that has made Breed Leader.
Abby does not have a current DHIR record, we almost lost her in 1998 after having a terrible infection that hung on for several months. We have not been able to get her to conceive since. Abby is now 10 and we feel that she has earned her retirement.
