True friends will always stand by you. They share your happiness and your sorrows. They will stand by you through all your tomorrows. You can tell when they are happy, you can tell when they are sad. You feel what they feel—the good or the bad.
You know what they need to make them feel better maybe a letter, maybe a hug, and maybe a smile. You can count on them across the miles. They will be there for you no matter what, you see that’s what friendship is all about.
A confidant to share your dreams, your hopes, your fears, your sadness too. A friend will always stand by you. Through thick and thin, and through good or bad.
Don’t be so blue, don’t feel so sad. Just call your friend, they’ll make you glad. They’ll hold your hand along the way, be by your side by night or day.
Just call their name, you know they will hear, they will ease your pain and wipe your tears. To love—to hug—to just be near. When all the others just walk away, your friend will be there—for another day.
