Clips From News Articles On The Net:
RISCO - At 10:25 a.m. [January 25th, 2006] the New Madrid County Sheriff's Department was alerted that Teresa Lynn Butler was missing from her Risco home.
Sheriff Terry Stevens said Gary Dale Butler returned to the couple's home on County Road 241 at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday after having worked the night shift at his job in Blytheville, Ark.
When Butler arrived home he found the couple's 2-year-old and 4-year-old children alone.
Stevens said when officers arrived at the house, everything appeared to be in order. As officers processed the scene they determined a video game console and camera were missing from inside the house and a CD player had been removed from a vehicle outside the house. The only personal items missing of Mrs. Butler's were her purse and cell phone, the sheriff said.
"Everybody we have talked to said that it is highly unusual that she would have left the babies by themselves," said Stevens. "They described her as good momma."
According to Stevens there were no signs of forced entry at the house. Butler is described as 5-foot, 7-inches tall; brown, almost shoulder length hair; brown eyes:
Persons with information about the case are asked to call the New Madrid County Sheriff's Department at 748-2516.

Details of Disappearance
Teresa is believed to have disappeared from her residence on County Road 241, also known as Eight Ditch Road, just off of Highway 62 near Risco, Missouri on January 25, 2006. She was last heard from when she spoke to a relative on the phone at 10:00 p.m. the previous day. Teresa's husband, Gary Dale Butler, came home at 10:00 a.m. on January 25 after working the night shift at his place of work, and found his wife missing and their two sons, aged two and four years, home alone. She has never been heard from again.
The family's video camera, Play Station with games, Nintendo Game Cube with games, large Mag-Lite flashlight, digital camera and car stereo disappeared with Teresa, along with her purse and cellular phone, but her wedding rings, black leather jacket and her forest-green Jeep were left behind. She normally took off her wedding rings every night before bed. There were no signs of forced entry to the home and no blood or indications that a struggle had taken place, but a key was found broken off in a lock at the residence.
Cellular phone records revealed that a call was placed from Teresa's phone at 3:16 a.m. on the day of her disappearance, to a residence in Gideon, Missouri. The man who lived there did not answer the phone at the time. He does not know Teresa or any of her family. After her disappearance, Teresa's cellular phone was used to place a call to Clarkton, Missouri, to a home where two elderly women lived together. The women do not know Teresa either and stated they answered the phone but heard nothing from the other end. Authorities are uncertain why the calls were made.
Gary stated his wife was not having any problems prior to her disappearance, but her coworkers stated she had received upsetting phone calls from Gary's ex-wife. She told her father Gary's ex-wife had threatened her. Gary maintains that the differences between Teresa and his former wife were amicably resolved. It is unclear whether his ex-wife or the phone calls have anything to do with Teresa's disappearance.
Teresa's disappearance is considered suspicious, as she has no history of instability or of leaving without warning, and it would be uncharacteristic of her to leave her children unattended. Her husband has been ruled out as a suspect in her case. Teresa was employed in the photo department of Wal-Mart in Dexter, Missouri at the time of her disappearance, and was scheduled to work at noon on the day she went missing, but never showed up. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

My Contribution
I did not go looking for the above case. I seldom 'look' for a case, as I feel if it is meant for me, then someone will bring it to me and ask for my help. And so it was in this case. The woman who wrote to me is named Mary, and her sister is Shirley.
The following information is for Mary and Shirley. What they choose to do with it is up to them. I will post it, but at this time, I have no intentions of sending it to law enforcement, as I'm fed up with being ignored, ridiculed, criticized and lied to, and the latest stunt by a Pennsylvania detective was the final straw.
It is my opinion that the disappearance of Teresa Butler is directly connected to the disappearance and murder of Amanda Tusing.
Although there's a few years between the ages of the two women, they bear a resemblance to one another with dark, shoulder length hair that is parted slightly left of center and no bangs.
Both have 'connections to Blytheville' - Amanda worked there and so does Teresa's husband:
The following pieces of information come from my own files. None comes from law enforcement although all of it has been given to law enforcement at one time or another:
For several years I believed that people were being murdered because they had names or birthdays, anniversaries or addresses that fit into the personal lives of those around me. I have seen the 'symbolic murders' of my sister, my daughter, and my friend Mysde. I have documented each and every case and shown the pattern of thought within the mind of a maniac. There has been many other things that have happened that have not involved actual murder. There have been arsons, breaking and entering, rapes, and other things that have occurred on dates that are important to me, my family and my friends.
The person whom I have watched and based my opinions upon is known on this web site as Wild Bill. I personally believe he is a killer, but there again, that's just my opinion.
A few months ago I discovered some things that lead me to believe that I am not the first [nor the last] woman that Wild Bill became obsessed with. And to be honest, I was relieved to discover that it wasn't 'all my fault,' as I had felt and believed for so very long.
The problem is [every woman] in his life, and I think it began with his sister, and was later transferred to his wives, and then to me and my family, and finally has landed upon the head of his present girlfriend. She has the same first name as my friend that I call Mysde, so I refer to her as Mysde #2. Someday I'll probably be forced to give her correct name ... just as soon as he kills someone with her name, that is.
Mysde #2 was once married to a man named T. Martin. She gave birth to a set of twins, fathered by Martin.
In the late 1990's and into the early 2000's T. Martin and his twins lived in [Blytheville, Arkansas] where he worked in a [steel mill] while his ex-wife and Wild Bill shacked up together just about a mile from my home. Most of this is told on Amanda Tusing's page, so I won't repeat it here, but I do want to add some new info that is not on Amanda's page.
Wild Bill has one sister, while Mysde #2 has two sisters. Wild Bill's sister's birthday is [January 24th] and Mysde's sister (that's married to a relative of Wild Bill's) is [Teresa H.]
Mysde's son [who is named after his father] got into some serious trouble when he lived in Arkansas and ended up in a youth prison until he turned 21. He was locked up in Jonesboro. When he was released, he came back to this area and went to work at a local [WalMart super center].
Mysde #2 recently complained to someone [who told me] that Wild Bill leaves the house and says he's going to [WalMart] .... is gone for hours and hours and comes home with nothing. I reported this exact thing to police many years ago .... and many times. I said then, and I say now .... "He's stalking. He's selecting victims. He's following women to see where they live. He's watching to see what their husband looks like and where he works." This has been going on for years and years, and obviously no one gives a hoot in hell.
Wild Bill and Mysde #2 were separated from July 2005 until December 2005. No one knows exactly where he was or what he was doing during these 5 months, but I'd guarantee his rage continued after they re-united at Christmas time.
The name 'Dexter' is very important and is symbolic of yet another 'Martin' in this equation. It is well known by Wild Bill.
I do know that he went to the Blytheville area on more than one occasion with Mysde #2 to visit her son. I'd guarantee he roamed the entire area while she was visiting, and this includes the area where her ex-husband worked. He no longer works in the steel mill in Arkansas, and has relocated to a 'northern' state: Her son is also out of the area now, as is his twin sister.
If I were an 'investigating officer' I'd be real tempted to contact the people who received phone calls from Teresa's cell phone and ask if they knew Wild Bill, or better yet, T. Martin or his son ... T. Martin, Jr. (or any other 'Martin')
If I'm right -- it appears to me that we are into the {J} months/strikes. In order to complete the [J Trio] there will be three strikes .... just like there was in the {A} months [even though no one noticed - except me.]
Okay, lets look at what we have:
The 'J' Trio
1. Amanda Tusing {June 14th}
2. Teresa Butler on {January 24/25}
3. Allison Jackson-Foy {July 29th}
Even though the 'symbolic duplications and murders' normally require 3 years from beginning to end, sometimes the straight 'trios' are different and require less time, or in some instances more time. In the "J Trio" we see a full 6 year span of time. Possibly because of the distance involved.
If I've figured things correctly, the J Trio is complete and we should be moving on to something else -- God only knows what. It may be the completion of a project that was started several years ago, or it may be the beginning of a new one.
Something New
In recent weeks I have been contacted by a man who lives in the western United States. We have never met, but have 'teamed up' via the computer to work on several cold cases. I have nicknamed him 'Neo' and want to introduce him to my readers because you will be hearing a lot more about Neo in the near future. I will tell everyone now that his initials are J. and B. - for the future, when things start hopping and he may need some backing as far as psychic work is concerned.
Neo doesn't claim to be 'psychic' like most psychics are. That's okay with me because I'm not like most psychics either.
While much of my work involves dreams and visions; Neo has flashes of scenes which he equates to 'videos' for a lack of a better explanation. He also sees and speaks to departed spirits. I have classified him as an 'Ethereal Visionary.'
I sent Neo an email earlier this evening pertaining to Teresa's case. Here's a copy of what I asked him:
J.B. / Neo,
I need you to do something for me and I don't want to taint the case by saying too much, so all I'm giving you at this time is this:
Look at the picture and tell me what you feel or see: TLB
She is missing:
1. Where was she when she disappeared - what state if
possible?
2. Was the date she disappeared of any importance?
3. Was she taken north, south, east or west before her abductor disposed of
her?
4. There was one lone footprint left behind: What left the print - was it a
tennis shoe; dress shoe; hiking boot; work boot; cowboy boot; or something
else?
5. Is her disappearance connected to any other unsolved cases in the general
vicinity of where she disappeared from?
6. Is there a common denominator in her disappearance, if so is it - Where she worked / where she lived / where her husband worked / her looks / her
name / something else ??
7. Was anything else 'taken' at the time of her disappearance? If possible name item[s]:
8. Do you feel or see any numbers around this woman? If so, please list:
This is an active case. I am working on her page now and will post it soon.
When it's finished I will send you a copy but before that I want to keep your mind clear so as to tune in to things that may be needed. Thanks Neo. I
appreciate your help, and will await your reply.
Bonnie
Neo's Reply
Bonnie,
I tried to concentrate on the picture you sent when I went and laid down, but feel that I might have been trying too hard. It was kinda busy around the house as well, so I think I was cramming things together. I saw a few things, but right now I am not really sure that they are pertinent.
Kentucky
A male, mid 20's. Short blond hair, white t-shirt, blue shorts.
In a closet, a pair of womens dress shoes. They were on the floor neatly with some other shoes. There were several dresses above the shoes, hanging.
A water fountain. It looked like something you might see in a Chinese restaurant. It had several large decorative "bowls" about a foot apart. They were stacked, and when the water filled the top bowl, it trickled into the second, and then the third, and so on. The top bowl was smaller than the next bowl below, and continued that way down. It was made of stone or concrete, and was outside. Perhaps in a garden area.
An older green car with a white top. Maybe a Cutlass, or something like that. By a chain link fence. Parked by the road??
A white mailbox. It appeared to be rural, and was mounted on a 4x4 post on the side of the road. It said "R. Blum." I don't know, I have no clue.
Theresa
North-East.
I am pretty sure all of this is gibberish, there doesn't seem to be a huge pull on me when I looked at the picture earlier tonight.
I didn't spend much time on it either, so who knows. I am going to run out into the shop and make sure everyone is taken care of, and then I will be able to go from there.
Neo
What Have We Got?
I don't think Neo's answer was as much 'gibberish' as he thought it was:
The photo is of Teresa Butler, so he was 100% correct about the name, although he spelled it a little differently.
His viewing of a closet gives us the answer to where Teresa was when she disappeared. She was at home, so again, he is correct.
An older green car with a white top. Maybe a Cutlass, or something like that. By a chain link fence. Parked by the road?? Here we have something that I cannot answer. I don't know what color Teresa's car was, and I don't know what color or kind of vehicle her abductor was driving. If this rings bells for anyone in my reading audience, please drop me a line and let me know.
SHIRLEY RESPONDS TO THIS PAGE:
Sept. 18th, 2006: "Bonnie,
Hi, I'm Shirley, Mary's sister. I want to thank you so much for the page on Teresa. You are very informative and I just want you to know I get it. About the car, is it possible it could have been a Nova? At one time I owned a dark green nova with a white top. It has been years ago but I lived in Dexter when I got rid of it. Someone did have such a car that lived either in Risco or around Risco, so I have heard. I worked with Teresa for a while at Wal-Mart in Dexter, and she was a friend of my daughter's."
************Shirley's letter continued below *******************
Back to Neo: -- Kentucky: Well, he missed the state by a little bit, but was headed in the correct direction.
North-East: We can't say for certain what direction Teresa's abductor went when he left her home. However, if I were conducting a search for her, I'd go north-east, and I'd look near and in water.... perhaps near a bridge that has a rocked embankment leading to the water.
A white mailbox. It appeared to be rural, and was mounted on a 4x4 post on the side of the road. It said "R. Blum." I don't know, I have no clue: / Mary told me the area that Teresa lived in was farm land, so I'm guessing it is a rural area and that the houses do have mail boxes mounted on posts along the road. Now whether the Butler mailbox is mounted on a 4x4 post or not, I cannot say ..... but someone familiar with the area can, so come on, send me the answer.
It said "R. Blum." / I don't know this name either but when I checked the dictionary for Blum I found -- Leon Blum, 1872 - 1950, socialist statesman: The victim's middle name is Lynn ..... similar to Leon:
A male, mid 20's. Short blond hair, white t-shirt, blue shorts. / Mysde's son does in fact have blond hair and is in his mid twenties.
This 'water fountain' reminds me of something I have seen at the WalMart here in my area. It was outside in the garden area. I wonder if they had the same thing in the WalMart where Teresa worked? Also, Teresa's hair and eyes are so dark, she almost has an "oriental" look to her .... much like my former sister-in-law, J. 'Dexter'- Martin had.
************Shirley's letter continues *******************
The water fountain, I know exactly the type you mentioned. Your page is so appreciated and informative I can't thank you and Neo enough. Just wanted you to know that. Great job.
Respectfully,
Shirley
One Final Thing
My friend Mysde #1 now lives more than an hours drive away from me ... in Jackson, Ohio. We don't see each other much anymore but we still talk over the phone and on the computer.
Friday night [Sept.15th] we both had a very strange experience at WalMart stores. Mine in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and hers in Jackson.
I was just turning from the meat counter and saw a woman approaching me that at first glance I thought was my cousin Mary. I actually started to speak to her, but then remembered that Mary had died in July -- and besides that we had not spoken to one another for several years before her death, due to some lies she told on me that went a long ways toward discrediting my word and my work.
The experience sort of spooked me ever so slightly, because the woman looked so much like Mary.
I came home around midnight and called Mysde after I got inside and settled down for the night. She had something to tell me.
She and her mother 'Shirley' had been over to the WalMart in Jackson, and as Mysde turned to say something to her mother, she saw a woman whom she thought was my cousin Mary! Just as I had done, Mysde started to speak to the woman and call her Mary, only to remember that Mary was dead, and had been for several months!
In Mysde's case, the woman noticed her startled expression and kept looking at her, but in mine the woman didn't seem to notice my shock.
Another strange thing about these experiences is the fact that they took place at precisely the same time ..... nearly a hundred miles apart in two different WalMart stores.
When I went to check my email, I had a message from 'Mary' who had written to me quite some time ago and asked me to look into Teresa's case. She had said that she and her sister 'Shirley' were looking for Teresa and trying to help the family.
And so, this page is for Mary and Shirley. Thank you for writing. Best always,
Bonnie
This concludes my work on Teresa's case -- at least for tonight. If Neo or I get anything else; or if anyone writes and sends me other information, I will come back and post it.
Meanwhile, if anyone wants to send this to the investigating officers, be my guest. But as for me .... I'm tired of trying, and am only working this case because Mary asked me to. I don't think I'll be accepting any more cases the rest of this year ... and maybe no more at all. Sixteen years is long enough to be shunned, ignored, ridiculed and criticized for trying to help people. I can't take it anymore.
Sept. 19th, 2006: How many times have I quit now - anyone know? I've retired more times than Winstanley and we're both still working! Only thing is, he gets paid! You'd think he'd share a little after all these years!! Duh. Well, it's obvious that I'm in a better mood tonight than I was last night! Forgive me world, sometimes I just get a little side-ways, but old Neo straightened me right out. He said to go slap myself, so I did, and it worked. I'm back to 'normal' [whatever that is] and just don't give a flying hoot whether law enforcement listens or not, because the day is coming when they will have no choice. Mark my words world ... mark my words.
Neo has read this page also and adds a couple of things. I think he's doing a little slapping of his own!
"Hey Bonnie, I just wanted to drop you a note and get something off my chest.
I have this "gift" that was given to me, and I don't understand it.
I see things and know things, yet I don't know how to process the information.
You said in your page that you were tired and all, and I don't blame you a bit. There is one thing however that I am figuring out. I can't stop anyone from killing. I can't make them stop, and I just keep on seeing things.
I don't trust myself with the information that I get, and continually second guess myself in trying to be logical. ... Missouri, Teresa, tire track, boot print, truck....the list is endless. I knew these things when I looked at the picture. I know that there is a link to Kentucky, but I tossed out Missouri because it didn't make sense. All of these cases in that general area??
I don't know Bonnie, but I do know I spend a lot of time with this, and don't even trust my own opinion.
It just doesn't make sense, and I keep tossing out info that I later find out to be factual. Every time. Now, I am discrediting myself just in saying something after the fact.
Maybe it is I who should quit.
There is a ditch off 153 north east of Risco. I think she will be there.
Wild Bill xxx x xxxxxx, and it was cold enough in January to wear a flannel.
The skull that they found out here is going to be a lost hunter:
Myself, I am going to wait for the Sheriff to tell me that the bones are not Bxxxx, and then go get her.
Too many second guesses, and too much frustration.
Like my son keeps saying, "I really suck at this game".
I will talk to you later,
Neo"
Well, I think Neo is being a little harsh on himself, and yet I know his frustration. However, I think everyone should know something....
Neo has been doing his thing since early childhood, but until recently he had no one to direct his attention to any certain or specific case. That has changed. It will take him awhile to be able to switch cases in mid stream, like Mysde #1 and I have learned to do. It took us a while too Neo, so don't give up. The more you practice, the better you will get at tunning in to a specific victim or case.
A couple of comments concerning the above letter. Some words have been blocked because I felt it might tip our hand if Wild Bill or Mysde #2 was to read this page [which I'd guarantee will happen.] I didn't want either of them knowing what Neo saw, although I know for a fact he is correct because I have actually seen what he envisioned.
Here's an email letter from Mary [Shirley's sister]:
"Hi Bonnie,
Just want to thank you so much, for putting Teresa on your web site.
Now I'll send the page to every one I know, and even those I don't.
Please don't stop what you are doing. IT'S A GOOD THING, what you do. No one else is doing it. God gave you a gift, and you're using it. It may be doing more than you think. Some people just don't say thank you. I can understand how you feel though.... like your effort don't matter, but it does. I found your site and your helping us, .... and girl that's a lot! Want you to know that.
And you can believe ill keep you informed, ( with a little luck) maybe I can get someone, in law enforcement, to respond to you, because I am going to give it to one I trust... I printed what you wrote out for Shirley and I, and I am going to go re-read it and see what I can get from it, so thank you for the time and effort. It really does matter. I'll e-mail you tomorrow. I got to get to bed soon , and I want to read what you wrote first, so you have a good night or day.... what ever it is, and tell Neo thanks also. Talk to you latter
Another Thought Or Two
Neo and I were working something a few days ago -- before I started on this case, and he saw a man whom he thought was Wild Bill Hickok. It wasn't. The man wore jeans, cowboy boots, a black and white checkered, flannel shirt and a red cap:
I didn't say too much. I figured Neo needed to prove this to himself; but when he said he thought it was Wild Bill Hickok [until he did some research] I thought of "Wild Bill" but Hickok had nothing to do with it.
My reasoning? Well there's two things. 1. ball caps were not invented in Hickok's time. 2. I'm not sure they had flannel shirts back in those days either, and it would have been unusual to see a man wearing a checkered shirt during that time period also. Wild Bill owns both, and I have seen him wear both.
Something else. The blond haired young man wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Now I mentioned that Mysde's son fits this description, and perhaps some think he might have been involved in Teresa's abduction. I do not believe this is correct, and I'll tell you why.
Although shorts and a t-shirt are appropriate apparel for right now, they would not have been at the time of Teresa's disappearance, since she disappeared in late January. Therefore, I conclude that Neo saw this young, blond haired man because it represents the time period in which the idea was formed .... the time period in which Wild Bill and Mysde were 'visiting' her son in Arkansas.
You know, we [as American's] tend to remain naive regardless of how many times things are shown to us. We fail to realize that sometimes women can be just as vile, just as wicked as their male counterparts. Take the case that's in the news right now concerning the girl that was kidnapped in South Carolina and held in a dungeon, by a piece of crap that probably should have been executed years ago. His 'girlfriend' was well aware of what he was doing. She went along with it.
There are others in this nation, and it just so happens that I believe I know one of them. Any woman that would lie and defend the piece of trash that raped her 12 year old daughter isn't worth powder and lead to blow her to hell.
If anything else comes in concerning Teresa's case, I'll be back ....
Meanwhile, you folks in Missouri get ready for some exciting news. You got a 14 year old Springfield case that is about to explode in the news media. You'll probably hear my name attached to it eventually. When you do .... know that a lot of work went into the case by several different people. Some of it was psychic work, some was just good old fashioned, common sense and dedication. I'm sure you'll be hearing a lot about it eventually so I won't ruin the surprise tonight .... just keep yo' ear to the ground and listen for the rumble ... it's coming soon!

Missing Woman's Husband's World Is Caving In
By: CJ Cassidy
RISCO, Mo. - It's been almost nine months since Teresa Butler simply disappeared. Her husband reported the 35-year-old missing when he returned home from his overnight job, back in January.
Now Dale Butler has even more problems, and he's turning to you for help. "My little one says daddy our house is broke. I say daddy don't have no money to fix it," Dale Butler says. He says his world began crumbling around him when his wife disappeared in January.
But the heavy, unforgiving rains in New Madrid county last month, brought more of his world caving in. "I've got pride.I don't really like to ask people but I know my son and he don't need to be here. There's bacteria and mildew, and he's already taking breathing treatments for asthma," he says.
Butler doesn't have insurance, so for now he keeps the boys beds covered up hoping to keep them dry. "There's mildew, but I don't want to leave in case my wife comes home," he says.
"He wants to be here when she walks back in the door," Paula Pearson says. She like other townsfolk in Risco supports Butler's unwavering beliefs. Pearson also spearheads a long term recovery team that helps people affected by disasters - and hopes Dale's next.
"We just wanted to help Dale raise enough money to fix the house back up, so when Teresa comes home she'll know dale's taken good care of the boys and everything," she says. "Miracles happen everyday- that's what I'm hoping for," Butler says.
In the meantime Butler holds his kids close, and gently explains to them they may have lost their bedroom and many of their toys, but they'll never lose their parent's love.
To add to his troubles, Butler's currently out of work after hurting his back in a recent car crash.
If you'd like to help the family there's a fund set up at the Sun Security Bank in Risco.
You can also call Paula Pearson at (573) 396-5511, if you'd like to volunteer labor or materials.
The New Madrid County Sheriff says investigators are still following up on every lead they get, and Butler's also set to share his story on the Montel Williams show in New York at the end of the month.
