These little guys aren't exotic. They don't come from a foreign land or exhibit bizarre behavior or have wild colors to them. They are just the normal little rabbits and squirrels that live in any yard or park. They are extremely cute, though, which makes them charming enough to warrant a page and some pictures.
The little guys at the right are just some of the multitudes of baby rabbits we have born here every year. Holly the dog found one that was only about five inches long. I didn't know she had him until she picked him up in her mouth and made him squeak. I think she was convinced he was one of her squeaky toys to be played with. I let out a yell, she dropped the baby, and he ran for his life! Needless to say, Holly's days of playing with baby bunnies was short-lived.
Baby squirrels are something that you know are always around but you seldom see. The pictures I got were of the one little guy that took to playing in the back yard. He bounced from tree to tree and played like a kitten. He was so cute you just wanted to get him and hug him! Chances of that happening - none!
