50% of agreed amount payable before a booking can be accepted, the remaining 50% payable not later than
4 weeks of departure. Deposit payable not later than 1 week of departure. We reserve the right to cancel the
booking if payments not received on due date. Cancellation charges as below.

Cancellation terms:
For cancellation of a booking we have to levy cancellation charges at the following percentages of the agreed
amount depending on the notice given:

More than 30 days of departure				50%
30 - 7 days of departure				75%
Less than 7 days of departure				100%
